解决静态浮选铁矿石堵塞问题的研究

摘    要:用静态浮选塔分选铁矿石的连续运转出现了矿泥在填料表面的吸附沉积。仅改变填料材质、捕收剂类型或入选物料性质是不能解决吸附堵塞问题的。采用弱酸性介质条件进行连续运转没有出现吸附堵塞现象。在碱性介质中,铁矿石矿浆中的Fe(OH)_3阳胶体与表面呈负电性的填料之间的电性吸引是矿泥向填料吸附的主要机理。

Abstract:It occurred in continuous operation of separation of iron ore with static flotation tower that slimes were adsorbed and precipitated on packing surfaces. An alteration in packing makings or the type of collectors or the nature of separated material could riot solve the adsorption and blocking problem Adsorption and blocking did not occur in continuous operation with the weakly acidic medium condition. It would be the main principle of slimes adsorption towards packing with the alkaline medium conditions that the electrical attraction between Fe(OH)_3 cationic colloids in the pulp of iron ore and packing with negatively charged surfaces was present.
