Abstract:
The preparation and superconductivity of the co-doped superconductor Nd2?x?yCayCexCuO4 with T′ structure were studied by XRD and superconductivity measurements. The results indicate that the effect of the co-doping of Ca2+ and Ce4+ on TO and the carrier type is not significant, but the effect on the range of the superconducting compositions in this system is obvious. The study of co-doped superconductors could be important for an understanding of the effect of co-doping on the carrier concentration and to explore new superconductors.
