| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了室外LED显示模块灌封的目的和灌封工艺设计。对灌封材料和堵缝材料的选择,灌封工艺方案的确定和工艺流程的安排等方面进行了分析。另外,文章还阐述了灌封过程中容易出现的几个问题,同时提出了相应的解决方案。
