超临界流体低压萃取β-榄香烯

摘    要: 用乙醇改性的超临界CO2 ,经过压力分级步骤选择性萃取白术挥发油中的不同族组分 ,在低压 (12 0MPa)条件下完成对其中的 β 榄香烯的萃取 ,并且将其在萃取物中的质量分数由高压下的 4 8%提高到低压下的 8 0 % ,萃取率达 94 2 % ,同时降低了对设备的要求。

Abstract:A method has been developed for the extraction and analysis of the active component beta-elemene from Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae by supercritical fluid extraction with CO2 containing ethanol. The article discusses some factors such as pressure, temperature and modifier that affect the selectivity. Class-selective extraction has been performed by varying the pressure. beta-Elemene could almost be extracted completely at lower pressure (12.0 MPa) and its relative amount was raised from 4.8% under higher pressure to 8.0% for lower pressure.
