摘    要:本文用红外吸收光谱法研究发现,在用石墨电弧放电法制备C60/C70的过程中,有大量的C60/C70氧化物生成。该氧化物具有半导体特性和真空中热稳定性好的优点。

Abstract:It was found by means of infrared absorption spectrum that in the course of producing C60/C70 by graphite is discharge, a large quantity of C60/C70's oxide was produced, and such oxide features semiconduction and has advantage of good thermostability in vacuum.
