| 摘 要： | 在文献1]中,魏万迪得到了(0,1)矩阵类U(R.S)的基数的一个下界。万宏辉在文献2]中给出了|U(R.S)|达到这个下界的一个充分条件,他并且猜测这个充分条件也是必要的。在本文中,我们将证明万的猜测为真,从而得到基数|U(R,S)|达到魏万迪下界的一个充分必要条件.

| Abstract: | In 1], Wei Wandi obtains a lower bound for the cardinality of the class U(R_(?)S) of (0,1) matrices. Wan Honghui (in 2]) gives a sufficient condition for |U(R,S)| to reach Wei's lower bound. Wan also guesses that his sufficient condition is also necessary. In this paper, we will prove Wan's guess to be true to obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for |U(R,S)| to reach Wei's lower bound. |
