摘    要:用5-甲基-4-乙氧羰基呋喃氨基腈与芳醛反应制得Schiff碱,再采用NaBH4还原Schiff碱,得到3个新型5-甲基-4-乙氧羰基呋喃氨基腈衍生物.利用核磁共振谱(1H NMR)、红外光谱(IR),质谱(EI-MS)表征了产物的结构;并初步测定了产物的抗菌活性.结果表明,目标化合物的抗菌活性一般.

Abstract:Schiff bases were synthesized via reaction of 4-ethoxycarbonyl-5-methyl furan aminonitriles with aromatic aldehydes.Resultant Schiff bases were reduced with NaBH4 to provide 3 new 4-ethoxycarbonyl-5-methyl furan aminonitrile derivatives.The structures of the products were characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR),infrared spectrometry(IR) and electron-impact mass spectrometry(EI-MS).Besides,the antibacterial activity of the products was preliminarily evaluated.It was found th...
