摘    要:利用湿法研磨法由微米镍粉制得了不同尺寸的片状镍粉;利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜研究了研磨参数对片状镍粉形貌和微观结构的影响;测定了产物的室温磁性能.结果表明,球料比和研磨时间是影响片状镍粉形貌的关键因素,片状镍粉的剩磁比和矫顽力都比原料微米镍粉的高.所采用的制备方法具有效率高、成本低且产物形状及磁性能可控的特点,适...

Abstract:Flake-like Ni powders with different size were successfully fabricated by wet sand-milling of micro-sized nickel powders.The effect of milling parameters on the morphology and microstructure of the flake-like Ni powders was studied by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The room temperature magnetic performance of the Ni flakes was evaluated.It was found that both the bead/Ni powder mass ratio and milling time played key roles in governing the microstructures of the Ni flak...
