摘    要:合成了W-SBA-15介孔分子筛,利用X射线衍射和BET测试对其结构进行了分析.以质量分数30%的H2O2为氧化剂,丙酮为溶剂,研究了介孔分子筛W-SBA-15对乙苯氧化成苯乙酮的催化作用.结果表明,优化的反应条件为:温度120℃,时间8 h,催化剂用量10.0%(质量分数),n(乙苯):n(H2O2):n(丙酮)=1...

Abstract:Tungsten-containing mesoporous molecular sieves W-SBA-15 were synthesized under conventional hydrothermal conditions.The molecular sieves were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and BET test.The catalytic performance of the molecular sieves W-SBA-15 for the oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone was evaluated by using 30% H2O2 as oxidant and acetone as solvent.The optimized reaction conditions were determined to be reaction temperature of 120 ℃,reaction time of 8 h,catalyst mass fraction of 10.0%,and n(ethylbenzene)∶n(hydrogen peroxide)∶n(acetone) of 1∶2∶6.Under the optimized reaction condition,ethylbenzene was converted into acetophenone at a rate of up to 13.0%,and the selectivity of acetophenone was up to 88.3%.
