工艺过程中生瓷带收缩问题研究

HTCC/LTCC的工艺过程中经常会出现生瓷带收缩现象,由此现象引起的系列工艺问题众多,尤其对于多层互连结构的产品影响很大,而一些工艺环节会加重生瓷带收缩现象出现的频率、收缩的程度。文章对于生瓷带收缩现象的产生原因进行了较为详细的分析与阐述,同时针对生瓷带收缩问题采用生瓷带预处理工艺,并着重对不同的预处理工艺进行试验对比。不同的生瓷带预处理工艺各有利弊,可以根据产品的各自特点综合考虑,采用合适的工艺方法对生瓷带收缩问题加以解决。

Drop Research of Constringency Problem in the Green Tape Craft Process

During HTCC/LTCC craft process, shrinking of green tapes always takes place and arouses of the series craft problems. Many processes of multilayer structure products will aggravate the phenomenon of shrinking by frequency and range of constriction. The reason of the shrinking was analyzed deeply and detailed step by step in this paper, and serieses of pretreatments for green tape were put forward to deal with this shrinking problem. From the experiments data of the different pretreatments, advantages and disadventages of these pretreatments were gived in this paper and the selecting a suitable pretreatment must base on the different characters of products.
