摘    要:考察了不同条件下反渗透-电去离子(RO-EDI)复合处理水中Ni2+的效果.实验结果表明,此复合技术具有良好的净化效率,可将Ni2+质量浓度由原先的200mg.L-1降至0.5mg.L-1以下.合适的操作条件为RO压力1.5MPa;RO浓缩回收液Ni2+质量浓度1600mg.L-1;EDI电流密度7.5A.cm-2;EDI水力停留时间4min.

Abstract:The combined reverse osmosis and electrodeionization(RO-EDI) process was used for treating nickel in water under different operational conditions.Experimental results showed that this combined process had high efficiency in purifying the nickel-containing wastewater.It could reduce the Ni2+ concentration from initial 200 mg·L-1 to lower than 0.5 mg·L-1.The optimum operational conditions are: a pressure of 1.5 MPa for RO;a Ni2+ concentration of 1600 mg·L-1 in the RO concentrate;and a current density of 7.5 A·cm-2 and a hydraulic retention time of 4 min for EDI.
