| 摘 要： | 通过对GA_3在巨峰、玫瑰香葡萄不同时期、不同浓度及去雄、授粉等8个处理的试验认为,GA_3诱导巨峰和玫瑰香无核的主要原因存在较大差异。巨峰花前25mg·kg~(-1)处理导致胚不能正常受精而形成无籽果实;玫瑰香花后GA_3处理可能使受精胚退化而无籽。关于GA_3促进葡萄早熟的效应,本文认为,是通过无核的间接作用,核的存在是抑制成熟的关键。

| Abstract: | The formation of seedlessness of KYOHO and MEI GUI XIANG grapes reasulted from different reasons when the two varieties were treated by GA_3 in different time and different concentration. When GA_3 was used before flowering at the concentration of 25mg/kg in KYOHO, the seedlessness was due to not being fertilized and when used after flowering in MEI GUI XIANG, the seedlessness was due to the degeneration of fertilized embryo. The authors believed that the stimulation of early mature of GA_3 was because its inhibition to the formation of seed. The formation of seed was the key factor of inhibiting early mature of grape fruit. |
