摘    要:本文研究了聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯(PSPPP)对聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)的阻燃作用。研究发现,在PBS中仅添加4wt%的PSPPP,其垂直燃烧就可以达到UL-94 V-0级,极限氧指数达到34,PSPPP对PBS表现出高效阻燃作用。然而,PSPPP对PBS有促进降解的作用,破坏了PBS的力学性能。通过在PBS/PSPPP体系中添加0.5wt%氧化锌后,有效抑制了PBS的降解,力学性能得到改善。

Abstract:The effect of poly(sulfonyldiphenylene phenylphosphonate)(PSPPP)on the flame-retardant property of poly(butylene succinate)(PBS)was systematically studied by vertical burning tests and limiting oxygen index(LOI)test and it was found that PSPPP was the excellent flame retardant for PBS.The LOI value of PBS containing 4wt%PSPPP was increased to 34.5 from 24 for neat PBS,and the vertical burning behavior achieved UL-94 V-0 rating.However,the mechanical properties of PBS were destroyed due to the degradation of PBS when the PSPPP content was over 4wt%.In order to improve the mechanical property of PBS/PSPPP systems,zinc oxide was added into the systems.It was found that the zinc oxide could effectively inhibit the degradation of PBS,therefore remarkably improved the mechanical property of PBS/PSPPP systems.
