摘    要:本文研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血清中砷的适宜条件,比较了镍与钯对砷的基体改进作用,给出了在Triton-X-100存在下,利用钯作为基体改进剂直接测定血清中砷的方法。检出限为6.37ng.ml^-1,相对标准偏差及回收率分别为1.79%和96.8-103.2%、线性范围50-600ng.ml^-1。

Abstract:The operating conditions for the determination of arsenic in human blood serum by GFAAS are studied. Matrix modifiers, nickle and palladium are compared. In the presence of Triton X-100,the direct determination of arsenic in serum with the use of palladium as matrix modifier is described. Arsenic concentrations range from 50ng/ml to 600ng/ml in serum can be determined when the detective limit reaches 6. 37ng/ml(K = 3 ). The relative standard deviations is 1. 79% and the recovery percentage gets to 96. 8-103. 2%. The method is simple and rapid. The volatilization and pollution of arsenic is avoided. The method is applied to the serum of 6 subjects with the satisfactory effect.
