Abstract:This paper is the systematic development of 2] and 3] . Based on the printiple J* of the limitation of scouring combustion, we have established more perfect design cquation series. The combination of design equations and the computer programs under different tactical requirements have also been given in this paper. Thus it makes the analytical design shown in my original works of 2] and 3] to have universal applicability and completeness.
