| 摘 要： | 本文论述了当前小水电电价存在的问题及合理调整电价的必要性。讨论了有还贷任务和无还贷任务的小水电企业上网电价计算方法。提出了测算新建水电站上网电价的电算模型。

| Abstract: | This paper.discusses first the energy price of SHP and the necessity for raising the SHP price standard.Then.the calculation methods for determining SHP energy price are presented for two cases.SHP has to return loan and SHP need not return loan.Finally.the calculation model for determining the energy price of new small hydropower stations is constructed. |
