船载USB/UCB自动化测试系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对船载USB/UCB测控系统技术指标测试、系统自检工作复杂的特点,分析USB/UCB测控系统的关键信号节点,借助LabWindows/CVI软件及GPIB总线的支持,构建船载USB/UCB自动化测试系统。该系统可在系统监控台的统一组织下,结合系统内其它设备,采取无线/有线、射频/中频等方式,灵活组建测试平台,完成相应指标的自动化测试。通过对上行链路三阶交调测试结果分析,表明该自动化测试系统操作简便快捷、测试结果准确可靠。

Abstract:According to the complex character of technical testing and self-check about USB/UCB TT C system on the measurement ship, pivotal signal node in TT C system is analyzed. An automatic test system is designed and implemented for USB/UCB TT C system on the measurement ship with GPIB port by using LabWindows/CVI programming platform. In virtue of the system monitor cell controlling and other equipment in system, testing platform is neatly established to accomplish technical testing in the way of wireless or wire and the way of RF or IF. Finally, The system is verified by the third-order intermodulation in up-link channel. The application shows that the automatic test system not only has agile structure and high efficiency but also has good accuracy and well stability.
