大型工业传输设备恒流输送PID模糊控制研究

摘    要:为了有效实现大型工业传输设备恒流输送的控制,提出一种PID模糊控制方法,将其应用于设备恒流输送的控制中。给出了PID模糊控制器结构,分析了PID模糊控制器参数调整原则,制定了模糊控制规则,通过模糊推理方法对PID参数进行在线调整使大型工业传输设备实现恒流输送。搭建了大型工业传输设备实验系统,给出了相关参数,将神经网络控制方法作为对比进行实验。通过启动控制实验、负载突变控制实验和输送电流波形畸变度实验对PID模糊控制方法的恒流输送控制效果进行分析。分析结论如下:神经网络方法控制下的输送电流不稳定,方法能够有效实现系统的跟踪控制;方法的响应速度快,对负载扰动及突变较神经网络方法具有更好的抑制能力;方法能够保证设备的开关损耗和电磁干扰均保持在较低的水平。

Abstract:in order to effectively realize the control of large industrial transmission equipment constant current conveyor, puts forward a method of PID fuzzy control is applied to the control of constant current conveyor.PID fuzzy controller structure is given, and analyzed the PID parameter adjustment principle of the fuzzy controller, the established fuzzy control rules, through the fuzzy reasoning method to adjust PID parameters online make large industrial transmission equipment to realize constant current conveyor.Structures, the large industrial transmission equipment experiment system, the related parameters are given, the method of neural network control as a comparison experiment.By starting control experiment mutations, load control and deliver current waveform distortion experiment of PID fuzzy control method of constant current control effect is analyzed.Analysis conclusion is as follows: the neural network method under the control of current is not stable, the proposed method can effectively realize the tracking control system;The response speed of the proposed method, the load disturbance and mutation is a neural network method has better inhibition;The proposed method can ensure the switching loss and emi are maintain in low level.
