| Abstract: | A flow-injection spectrophotometric method for determining dopamine and methyldopa is described. It is based on the oxidation reaction with metaperiodate. Calibration graphs were linear up to 2 x 10(-4) mol/l catecholamines. The method allows the measurement of 130 samples per hour and was successfully applied to the analyis of pharmaceuticals. |
