斜角切削刀具刃口曲率半径分析

摘    要:采用微分几何的曲率分析方法,建立了斜角切削时刀具刃口的曲率半径在法剖面、主剖面与流屑平面内的表达式,讨论了刃口钝圆半径与刃倾角的关系,分析了曲率半径随刃倾角的变化趋势,并通过实例验证了刃口钝园半径与刃倾角的关系.结果可供刀具设计参考.

Abstract:A mathematical model for calculating the curvature radius of the beveled cutting tool in normal plane,orthogonal plane and chip flow plane is established using curvature analysis approach of differential geometry. The relationship between the rounded cutting edge radius and the beveled cutting angle is discussed and proved by an example.At the same time,the changing trend of the curvature radius with the change of the beveled cutting angle is analyzed as well.A reference is provided to the design of cutting tool.
