摘    要:利用数码相机拍摄图像,模拟人眼对能见度进行测量是最理想的道路能见度探测方法,它具有极强的实用价值。本文介描述了基于数字摄像的双目标法测量夜间能见度。所谓双目标法就是利用数码相机拍摄地平线附近的两个距离不同的目标物(这里采用的是两个路灯),并将这两个目标物呈现在同一张图像上。这样保证了拍摄的两个目标不会存在时间的差异。该方法消除了大气消光系数、亮度阈值的测量,从而使得夜间能见度的测量变得简单可行。并且将测量的结果与气象局发布的能见度值进行了比较。

Nighttime Visibility Measurement Using Dual Target Approach Based on Digital Video Cameras
Abstract:Use of digital camera images to simulate the human eye is the best measure of the visibility of road visibility detection method; it has a long practical value. This article describes the nighttime visibility measurement using dual target approach based on digital video cameras. The dual target approach is to use digital cameras to capture the images of the two different distance target (here use two lights) near the horizon. These two targets displayed on the same image, this guarantees that there will be no shooting of two target time different. This method eliminated the atmospheric extinction coefficient, luminous threshold measurements. So the nighttime visibility measurements become simple and feasible. At the same time, we compared the measurement value with the Bureau of Meteorology released the value of visibility.
