| Abstract: | This paper deals with better-than-uniform approximation by superharmonicfunctions on non-compact sets. An application of the main resultimproves recent work of GowriSankaran and Nersessian concerningapproximation with an error bound that decays arbitrarily quicklyat infinity. |
