| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了应用于凸抛物面反射镜检验的零位检测法和亨德尔方法 ,详细讨论了如何把这两种方法有机结合 ,对Φ130mm凸抛物面进行实际检验。发现将这两种方法同时应用于凸抛物面反射镜的检验中 ,可充分发挥各自的优点 ,进一步地提高检测精度 |
