摘    要:近年来,人力资源不再像过去那样被当作一种成本,而作为一种重要资源越来越被企业重视。以科学的评价体系为前提的激励手段作为开发和管理人力资源的重要方法已经被越来越多的企业运用。有效的激励手段是增强企业凝聚力、提高员工创造力、提升企业活力和效率的重要措施。企业经常采用的激励手段包括为员工提供满意的工作岗位、制定激励性的薪酬和福利制度等。
