高重复频率激光对光学材料损伤特性的研究

摘    要:研究了几种红外窗口材料的高重复频率Nd:YAG激光和Cu蒸气激光体损伤规律,发现样品损伤有明显积累效应。经过分析,发现高重复频率激光损伤是一处微观损伤积累过程,并引入吸收元的概念建立了一个简单的损伤积累模型。

Abstract:Optical damage of several kinds of infrared window materials with 1.06 μm and 0.5106 μm high repetitive laser pulses irradiation has been studied. Mechannism of laser damage is considered as laser induced defect development accumulation process. We first recommend a concept of an absorber and establish a simple model to verify this process. To increase resistance of infrared window materials to the repetitive laser pulses damage, a laser pre irradiation technique is used.
