摘    要:用Ti(SO4)2为原料,NH4HCO3为沉淀剂,室温下制备了活性较高、粒径9nm的TiO2催化剂。考察了不同原料浓度、沉淀pH值、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等制备条件对TiO2粒度及其光催化降解十二烷基苯磺酸钠催化活性的影响。

Abstract:Nanometer TiO 2 was prepared using Ti(SO 4) 2 as a precursor and NH 4HCO 3 as a precipitant by methods of orthogonally designed precipitation at room temperature and its catalytic activities in photocatalytic degradation of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) were measured. The effects of the preparation conditions including the concentrations of Ti(SO 4) 2 and NH 4HCO 3, the pH value at the end of precipitation operation, and sintering temperature and time on the catalytic activities and the primitive diameters of these TiO 2 samples were studied. A TiO 2 catalyst with higher activity and 9nm primitive diameter was prepared under optimized conditions.
