金刚石圆锯片的激光焊接设备与工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了一种金刚石圆锯片的激光焊接系统,该系统采用半自动方式,由约束放电激励CO2激光器、三工位光路转换器、焊接工作台及工装夹具组成。采用该系统进行金刚石锯片的激光焊接,研究了激光焊接工艺参数及其对焊缝弯曲强度、焊缝外观、金相组织及显微硬度分布的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, a system for laser welding diamond saw blades is introduced. The system is made of CO2 laser source excited by confined discharge,a three position workbench for laser beam transformation,a welding worktable and welding fixtures. The system has been experimentally used to select the process parameters,and we found that the optimum laser power was in the range of 800W~930W, the welding speed was from 20mm/s to 30mm/s.
