一种复杂系统的快速故障诊断方法

摘    要:为提高复杂系统的故障诊断效率,基于故障诊断树原理,提出并实现了一种快速故障方法。实现该方法主要包括六个关键步骤,分别是故障诊断树的梳理、诊断节点代码的编写录入、Labwindows CVI软件与数据库的通信连接、故障诊断树显示及故障诊断推理、故障诊断节点的编辑、故障结论的存储与显示。在此基础上,设计开发了相应的故障诊断软件,并利用该软件对某型装甲车辆炮控系统进行故障诊断。结果表明,该型软件人机交互性好、操作便捷,基于故障诊断树原理的故障诊断方法可较大的提高故障诊断效率,工程应用前景广阔。

Abstract:Based on the principle of fault diagnosis tree, a fast fault diagnosis method suitable for complex system is proposed, and a corresponding software is developed. Firstly, the general idea of realizing the method is briefly introduced. Secondly, seven key steps for developing the software are described in detail, namely the review of fault diagnosis tree, the coding and input of diagnostic nodes, the connection between Labwindows CVI software and database, the reasoning and display of fault diagnosis tree, the editor ofSdiagnostic nodes, the storage and show of conclusion. Lastly, the software interface is designed and the effectiveness is verified by a specific example.
