基于LabVIEW的便携式推力轴承数据采集系统设计

摘    要:设计了基于LabVIEW的便携式推力轴承试验机测控系统,实现了对轴承系统推力瓦的温度、油膜厚度、电机转速等试验数据的实时采集,对实时数据显示界面的截屏以及对试验数据的分析、处理、记录和保存等功能,同时利用DataSocket技术实现不同计算机之间的数据共享。试验结果表明:基于LabVIEW的便携式轴承试验机测控系统具有运行稳定可靠、控制精度高、系统操作简单等特点。

Abstract:Designed based portable Thrust Bearing Test and Control System LabVIEW, to achieve real-time acquisition of temperature on the bearing system Thrust, film thickness, motor speed and other test data, real-time data display interface screenshots and analysis of experimental data processing etc., record and save functions, while using DataSocket technology to share data between different computers. The results showed that: Based Portable Bearing Test and Control System LabVIEW has stable and reliable operation, high precision control system which is simple to operate.
