| Abstract: | In theories regarding public policies, how well the policies are implemented is an issue of great importance. The success of a public policy hinges on the effective diagnosis of the problem and proper policy - making to address the problem, but mostly on the effective implementation of the policy. This paper attempts to probe into the importance and significance of effectively carrying out public policies. |
