| 摘 要： | 测定尿液中乳果糖(L)、甘露醇(M)的含量以及乳果糖/甘露醇排除率(L/M)可以检测肠道通透性,评估肠粘膜屏障功能。采用离子色谱法检测幼兔尿样中的乳果糖和甘露醇,并运用MATLAB软件对数据进行微分处理计算,得出样本中乳果糖和甘露醇的含量以及乳果糖/甘露醇排除率(L/M)。

| Abstract: | It is important to evaluate the intestine's permeative quality and the tharm velum's barrier function by determining the contents of the lactulose (L), mannitol (M) and elimination rate (L/M) in the urine. In the article, the contents of L and M in the young rabbit urine were analyzed by ion chromatography. The chromatographic peaks were differentiated by the MATLAB progress. The eliminate rate L/M were gained. |
