八个大麦品种的杂种优势与配合力的研究

摘    要:选用八个大麦品种进行双列杂交,分析六个主要农艺性状的杂种优势和配合力.结果表明:除每穗结实粒数外,所有性状的平均中亲优势为8一” %.依次是:单株产量一千粒重一穗长一株高一单株分蒙数.所有性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均达显著,表明存在加性和非加性遗传效应.同时也观察到亲本的平均生产力并不总是与它们的一般配合力效应相关

Abstract:In this paper, eight barley .cultivars were applied for diallel cross. And their heterosis and combining ability in six main agronomic characters such as grain number per spike, grain yield per plant, weight per 1000 grains,spike length, plant height and number of tillers per plant were studied.The results of these studies showed that among these eight barley cultivars, "Bomi" was a good combiner for the number of tillers per plant, spike length and grain yield per plant as well as dwarfism effect. "Saida" was a good combiner for the grain number per spike, weight per 1000 grains and grain yield per plant. And " Ai Bai Yang" was the best one among three local cultivars and its general combining ability effect on the grain number per spike, weight per 1000 grains and grain yield per plant was only after "Saida". Besides, "Ai Bai Yang" crossed with "Bomi" was also the best one among five better cross combinations in the experiment.
