石墨泡沫新材料导热的分形模型

摘    要:新型导热材料石墨泡沫具有很好的热物理性质。本文在实验获取这种新型多孔材料的基础上,建立了基于分形理论的材料结构和导热模型,采用热阻法给出了石墨泡沫材料的等效导热系数的关系式,计算了石墨泡沫的剖面孔隙面积分形维数和等效导热系数.

Abstract:The new material of graphite foam is a material with high thermal conductivity.In this paper,based on experiments,the fractal character of this novel porous material was discussed.The structure of the material and thermal conductivity model of the graphite foam were proposed.The relation formula for calculating the effective thermal conductivity was presented by using thermal resistance method.The fractal dimension of the sectional void area and effective thermal conductivity of this material were calculated.
