摘    要:本文建立了分散能源系统的一般化模型,根据供应与需求瞬时能量平衡的要求和电网分时电价的特点,以分散能源早期可能应用的领域-办公大楼为对象,建立了分散能源年费用最小的优化模型,并对影响分散能源经济性的一些主要因素和分散能源的环保效益进行了分析研究,在电力市场引入竞争机制的条件下,为政府、企业和分散能源的应用者提供决策帮助。

Abstract:In this paper, a general model of distributed power generation is established, according to the inter-temporal equilibrium of energy supplies and demands and the characteristics of the local electric network, an optimizing model of an office building distributed generation system is established. Some economic factors and environment impacts are investigated. That can assist decision-making for government, utilities and adopters at a competitive electric market structure.
