摘    要:本文研究了GCr15轴承套圈的形变球化退火工艺,分析了不同工艺参数对球化效果的影响,并探讨了产生这种影响的原因.试验结果表明,采用合适的形变球化退火工艺,可以得到满足机加工要求的组织和硬度.与普通球化退火工艺相比,形变球化退火工艺不仅大大缩短退火所需时间,而且可以获得细、匀、圆的碳化物颗粒,是一种适用于中小型轴承套圈的先进生产工艺

Abstract:The thermomechanical Spheroidizing annealing technology of GCr15 bearing race is investigated in this paper. The effect of different technology parameters on spheroidzation are discussed.The rmplts denote that satisfactory microstructure and hardness for macnining can be acquired bysuitable thermomechanical spheroidizing annealing technology. Comparing with conventionalspheroidizing annealing technology, the thermomechanical sphetoidizing annealing technology notonly considerably shorts the holding time of annealing but makes carbide particles finer and their distribution more uniform. It is an advanced process for producing medium and small bearing raceblanks.
