摘    要:过氧化氢在pH 1.5~3.5的硫酸酸性条件下与重铬酸钾反应生成过氧化铬(CrO_5),该物质被乙醚提取后,用原子吸收法测定乙醚中的铬,间接测定过氧化氢的含量,用过氧化氢酶破坏过氧化氢后,同理测定酒样中有机铬、无机铬,用差减法得出由过氧化氢生成的铬量。间接用铬代替过氧化氢绘制标准曲线换算酒样中过氧化氢浓度,解决了过氧化氢标准液因分解而难保存的困难。方法测定下限达0.1μg·L~(-1),回收率为92%~103%,灵敏度高,选择性好,用于酒中过氧化氢的分析结果,与碘量法结果基本一致。

Abstract:An indirect method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide by GFAAS is reported in this paper. The hydrogen peroxide in the sample is made to react with K_2Cr_2O_7 in a sulfuric acid medium of pH 1. 5~3.5, to produce chromium peroxide (CrO_5), which is then extracted into ethyl ether. After expelling the ethyl ether, chromium in the residue is dissolved in water and determined by GFAAS. The limit of detection of the method proposed is 0. lug ?L~(-1), and the recovery of the method is 92%~103%.
