| 摘 要： | 针对自动化加工和装配中常见的杯状零件的定向问题,根据该种零件的结构特点,设计了一种自动定向机构,实际验证表明,与已有的定向机构相比,本机构工作可靠、结构简单、设计容易、使用方便,对零件的适应性强。

| Abstract: | For the orientation of common cup/U-shaped elements in automatic machinework and assembly, an automatic orientation device was designed in accordance to the structural characteristics of these kinds of elements. Sample testings verified that the device is reliable in working.simple in structure,easy to design and to use and available to wide variety of cup or U-shaped elements.as compared with conventional orientation devices. |
