高杂质钼铁中Mo等元素的能量色散X射线分析

摘    要:对一批高杂质钼铁进行了能量色散X射线(EDX)分析,测出了Mo的质量分数以及所含P、S、V、Ni等杂质元素,并与X射线荧光(XRF)的分析结果做了比较。实验采用大载荷压力机将粉末样品压片,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)检查样品的表面形貌。实验表明,Mo和Si的分析结果令人满意,而P、S、Cu较差。

Abstract:The energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy(EDX) was applied to the analysis of ferromolybdenum alloy with higher impurities contents.The determined values for Mo and impurities like P,S,V,Ni and so on were compared with the analysis results obtained with x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF). The powder sample of the ferromolybdenum alloy was pressed into thinner disc using the(hydraulic) universal testing machine,and the disc sample's morphology is observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results shows that the analysis results of element Mo and Si in(molybdenum) alloy are satisfied while the analysis results of element P,S,Cu are less satisfied.
