摘    要:采用Fenton 氧化法深度处理经过生化处理后的造纸法再造烟叶废水,研究了H2O2用量、Fe2+用量、反应时间以及初始pH因素对CODCr去除率的影响,确定了最佳试验条件.结果表明,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)为6∶1,H2O2用量36.75 mmol/L,Fe2+用量6.125 mmol/L,搅拌反应时间30 min,初始pH 为3时,CODCr去除率达最大值为72.26%,再添加PAM进行絮凝沉降处理,最终出水水质CODCr为60 mg/L.

Abstract:Fenton oxidation was used to remove CODCr of paper-process reconstituted tobacco wastewater treated by biochemical processes.The effects of factors including c(H2O2),c(Fe2+),reaction time and initial pH on CODCr removal efficiency were investigated,and the optimal conditions were determined.The results showed that the CODCr removal of wastewater reached 72.26%,when n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=6∶1,c(H2O2)=36.75 mmol/L,c(H2O)= 6.125 mmol/L,t=30 min and initial pH=3.Then PAM was added for flocculation process and the CODCr of the final effluent was 60 mg/L.
