| Abstract: | This paper compares the multiple access plan of WCDMA (SC DS CDMA) with the plan of CDMA2000's (MC CDMA). After introducing the spectrum spreading and the transmission of the two systems, RAKE reception of the DS CDMA plan and the FFT realization of the MC CDMA, comparisons between the system capacity and the spectral efficiency are proposed. |
