| 摘 要： | 21世纪前20年是高职教育重要的发展战略机遇期,西部市地高职院校既有一些加快发展的优势条件也存在系列制约因素。面对国外高职教育纷纷登陆中国、国内高职教育竞争激烈的新情况。实施跨越式发展战略尤显急迫。实施跨越式发展必须立足实际,采取切实可行的战略措施,走职教创新之路。抢占教育市场,培育核心竞争力,提高学校经营水平。

| Abstract: | The first twenty years in the 21st century is an important period for the vocational college development. There are some advantages of quickening development and some restricted factors in it. Facing the new situation of foreign vocational education entering China and the heated internal competition among colleges, colleges must implement the strategy of leap development. In doing so, they must take flexible measures, take an original road, own the educational market, cultivate the competitive focus and advance their running level. |
