赣南竹节参中微量元素含量分析

Abstract:The samples were diluted by microwave with nitric acid,and the content of Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn in Panax japonicus was determined by the flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS)method.The results showed that plenty of chemical elements which are necessary for body were exist in Panax japonicus,and the amounts of Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn are 3 012.421,2 530.148,225.169,34.876,9.467,16.549 μg g-1.The recovery ratio of this method was 96.0%~103.1%.The result of the method is accuracy and satisfactory.
