聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钠固定化活性污泥微球的制备及对重金属铅的吸附

摘    要:分别以海藻酸钠和聚乙烯醇包埋活性污泥,以小球强度、粒径大小、成球难易为指标,定性确定包埋条件,以最佳包埋条件下制备的活性污泥固定化微球为吸附剂进行重金属铅溶液的吸附实验,研究了吸附条件对吸附效果的影响.结果表明,吸附平衡时间120 min;pH对吸附效果影响较大,pH 7时吸附效果最佳;最佳温度选择30 ℃.

Abstract:The immobilized activated sludge particles were prepared using sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol as imbedding agent.The optimal conditions were chosen in terms of the mechanical stability,particle size,and the level of difficulty for forming particles.The effect of adsorption for the particles prepared under the optimal conditions on the lead ion was studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the adsorption of the activeed sludge to lead ion were: the time for adsorption equilibrium of 120 min,the pH value of 7 and the adsorption temperature of 30℃.
