义马常村矿煤样自燃倾向性研究

摘    要:利用大型煤自然发火实验台,模拟自燃过程的各种条件,向其中通入空气,使煤与氧发生氧化反应。煤氧复合发生氧化反应,并发出热量引起自然升温,最终引起自燃。通过测定耗氧速度、热释放速率,可算出实际自燃的极限参数。根据这些实验参数可以推算出义马常村矿煤层在不同条件下的最短自然发火期、煤特征温度和其他自燃特性参数等。

Abstract:Using large size coal spontaneous combustion experiment platform, simulate all sorts of conditions in the course of coal spontaneous combustion, let air into it, make oxidizing reaction with coal and oxygen.Coal and oxygen compounded and generate oxidizing reaction,evolution of heat cause natural warmup, ultimately cause spontaneous combustion.Through gauging rate of oxygen consumption and intensity of exothermic, then calculate the limit parameter for fact spontaneous combustion.Based on the experiment parameter, further reckon spontaneous combustion period, coal characteristic temperature and other selfcombustion characteristic parameter of Yima Changcun mine coal seam in different conditions.
