Pseudo-Hydrodynamic Approximation for Transient Computation of Energy-Transport Models in Semiconductors

摘    要:We propose a pseudo-hydrodynamic (PHD) model that has hyperbolic principal part. It formally converges to the corresponding energy-transport model in the limit of zero momentum relaxation time. Numerical examples have demonstrated the regularization effects of the PHD model.
