| 摘 要： | 采用球囊拉伤动脉内膜加高脂饲养建立兔髂动脉粥样硬化模型．对模型兔进行Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光血管成形术。应用流式细胞计数仪分析细胞中ＤＮＡ含量。结果表明，治疗组血管平滑肌细胞周期中增殖细胞数明显低于对照组，提示开博通能抑制激光血管成形术后血管平滑肌细胞的增殖。

| Abstract: | In this study, a predominantly fibromusclar plaque was produced by balloon catheter denuding angioplasty of both iliac arteries and feeding choclesterol diet in 14 New Zealand White abbits. Flowcytometric assay indicated that the numbers of vascular wall cell cycle in S, G2 and Mphases were significantly less in capoten - treated group thancontrol (P<0. 01 ),but the numbers of vascular wall cell cycle ill G0 and G1 phases were more than control (P <0. 05). Our data suggested that in rabbits the proliferation response after laser angioplasty may be reduced by early treatment with captopril. |
