| Abstract: | Substituted imide and amide derivatives were conveniently prepared from the reaction of isocyanates with o-iodobenzoates and haloarenes catalyzed by the NiBr2(dppe)/dppe/Zn system in moderate to good yields with excellent tolerance of functional groups. |
