摘    要:采用草酸钾作沉淀剂 ,在 pH2时将骨中钙部分沉淀 ,通过草酸钙载体共沉淀富集骨中稀土元素。用分光光度法、同位素示踪法和中子活化法检验模拟样品中稀土元素富集效果。结果显示 ,当每 g钙的沉淀量为48mg时 ,微克量和纳克量的稀土元素共沉淀率达到90 %以上。方法简单、可靠 ,且避免了钙、磷和钠等宏量元素的干扰 ,可对0.5~5g骨样中的稀土元素进行有效的分离富集。

Abstract:A method for the enrichment of rare earth elements(REE) in bones is described. Rare earth elements can be concentrated by coprecipitation with calcium oxalate at pH 2. The recovery of REE by this coprecipitation method was checked by spectrophotometry, spike isotope analysis and neutron activation analysis. More than 90% of micrograms/nanograms of REE can be coprecipitated with calcium oxalate, provided that the amount of calcium precipitated exceeds 48 mg for each gram of calcium in the sample. The method is simple and reliable. Macroelements, calcium, phosphorus and sodium interferences are absent for the analysis.
