| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,我国在一直大力加强法制建设的同时却忽视了道德秩序的建立。面对社会现在的“道德危机”和“法律纸面化”问题,我们必须提高道德与法律的内化力－公民意识。采取灵活多样的有效形式,推进中国法治现代化进程。

| Abstract: | Since the period of the reform and the opening to the outside,we have been strengthening legality education energetically,meanwhile,however,neglecting to establish the order in ethics in our country.In face of the problems of "moral crisis"and"laws only on paper"we must increase the internal effectiveness of moralities and laws-citizen's awareness.We can propel the course of the modernization of rule by law forward in China by taking flexible,diversified and effectual forms. |
