| 摘 要： | 社会的信息化和市场需求推动技术的进步和交叉渗透，电话网、计算机网和有线电视网的融合已势在必行。然而，尽管技术的基础足以支撑，管制的坚冰已经打破，三网的现状却是必须面对的现实，障碍和阻力层峦叠峰，信息产业面临整体换代，只有抓住机遇，才能在未来的竞争中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | The social informationization and market demands are pushing forward the technical progress and industrial inter - crossing. The convergence of the telephone network, computer network and cable TV network is inevitable. In spite of adequate technical support and deregulated operation, barriers and hindrance are numerous and the telecom and information industries are confronted with a total change of generation. To win the game in future competition, we must grasp this opportunity. |
